ANXIETY THERAPIST FOR MEN & WOMEN | HUNTSVILLE & ACROSS AL, CA, NM, & VA

It’d be so much easier to just pull the covers over your head and disappear for a while.

Truthfully, you’re sick and tired of feeling this way—tired of caring so much about what other people think, tired of watching your life go by, tired of not being happy. It’s exhausting trying to keep up with everything going on in your head, in your life and career…not to mention your relationships. You’re not sleeping well because the thoughts won’t stop running through your head like an endless loop replaying over and over.

You might notice your stress and anxiety showing up like this:

  • Crying in the shower because you’ll never measure up

  • Losing your shit over new ideas because you’re really afraid of failing

  • Fight or flight mode—always on alert and not being able to shut off

  • Knowing you’ll snap if there’s one more request or favor because there’s nothing left to give

It’s getting harder to focus at work or even make simple decisions throughout your day. The constant needs and demands are so draining that you often look for an escape. Scrolling on your phone, looking through the fridge—anything to forget what’s actually happening in your life right now. This cycle of frustration, overthinking, and procrastination builds up until you feel yourself struggling to catch your breath, a tingling in your hands, and a pressure in your chest so intense it’s clouding your vision. It’s scary feeling so out of control.

What if you could finally find a place to let go, relax, breathe, and enjoy your life?

You can have anxiety and still be a badass.

My approach

Anxiety happens to everyone, but it looks and shows up differently for each person.

In our sessions, we’ll take things slow and really tune into what’s happening inside of you. Think of it like getting to know yourself better—how your body reacts, what thoughts come up, and how you’re feeling. By examining how feelings of stress or anxiety impact everything from your confidence to your overall happiness, we’ll pinpoint what’s working and what needs adjusting. I’m here to connect the dots between feeling safe and at ease, how your nervous system responds, your habits, and how to find strategies that really work.

We’ll also work together to figure out what truly matters to you. You’ve spent so long looking out for others and putting your happiness on the back burner—it’s time to take care of you and restore a sense of balance in your life. Just 5-10 minutes a day of doing something you enjoy can make a big difference in how grounded you feel.

It’s time to slow down, relax, and learn how to enjoy the moment again.

What others have wondered about therapy for anxiety

  • Anxiety looks different for everyone. Some signs include trouble sleeping, concentrating, or feeling nervous and worried for no reason. You might be experiencing physical symptoms like a racing heart, tingling in your palms, sweating, or even stomach problems. Things like this can interfere with your daily life, relationships, and work. It’s possible you could be experiencing anxiety and therapy can help.

  • I work hard at what I do to help you find meaningful—and noticeable—solutions to your challenges. That being said, it can take time to feel better. That’s normal! Therapy is a process, and while some people may feel relief quickly, others might take a little bit longer to see change. We’ll work together to find what works best for you and your needs.

  • Yes, I can! Sometimes it can be difficult to understand what is happening to our minds and bodies, and even more difficult to express those feelings—especially out loud. Life is full of overwhelming responsibilities, relationships, and expectations. Sometimes we get in the habit of putting ourselves last while we focus on helping others or shrugging off our own challenges because we “should” be able to just “get over this.” I’m here to help you with whatever you’re facing, even if it doesn’t really have a name or title. If you have more questions, feel free to schedule a consultation here.
